(hereinafter referred to as the “our company, we, us”) knows that the personal information of our customers is important information that must be handled carefully and properly, comply with the guidelines of the laws and regulations and with competent authority regarding personal information. In particular, we declare that we will deal with customers’ personal information properly and safely in accordance with the policy set forth below.

1. We will use the customer’s name, address, telephone number, items of personal information such as the e-mail address, for receiving orders, shipment, answering for questions, and sending information from our company.

2. Except in the following cases , we do not provide or disclose personal information collected from customers to a third party.
(1) When there is the consent of the customers for the provision of personal information.
(2) When our company receives a request with a legal duty to make disclosures from judicial or administrative agencies on the basis of laws and regulations.
(3) When we need to provide personal information to the subcontractors to the extent necessary in accordance with the first term of the purpose of use.
(4) And otherwise, when the provision and disclosure to third parties is recognized by law.

3. When we receive requests from customers for confirmation and correction of the contents of the personal information of their own, we will respond properly and promptly.

4. Our company may revise a rule of privacy policy without prior notice in response to a change of political and social situations or a technical change in the revision of the Personal Information Protection Law.
