This is a collaboration with Japanese sweets designer YUKI FUJIWARA, who expresses the changing scenery and beautiful words of the four seasons through Japanese sweets . The results will be announced four times a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter .
The fourth release is "Japanese Akane," a color of maternal generosity that is firmly rooted in the earth. Akane is the root of a vine that grows in the mountains and fields. We hope that its brilliant red hue, like a morning glow, and the elegant flavor of strawberries and roses will evoke the glamorous atmosphere of winter.
A limited number of these items will be available for purchase at Atelier Shimura Tokyo Setagaya and online store from Friday, January 23rd.
