Select the product you want to purchase and press the "Add to Cart" button.

Your order details will be displayed. If you want to change the quantity, change the number under the quantity.
If you want to cancel an item, press the "X" button and the item will be deleted.
If you wish to purchase the item, please click on the "Checkout" button.
If you want to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button.
Please enter your shipping information when proceeding with your purchase.
Check the entered information such as purchase details, amount, personal information, etc. If there are no errors, select the payment method and shipping method and click the "Next" button.
If there are no errors in the details, click the "Complete your order" button. When the purchase procedure completion screen is displayed, your purchase is complete. You will receive an email with the details of your order, so please check it.

Credit card payment: We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS.
Cash on delivery is a payment method in which you pay when the product is delivered. A separate cash on delivery fee is required for each delivery.
Less than 30,000 yen: 550 yen
30,000 yen or more but less than 100,000 yen: 990 yen
100,000 to 200,000 yen: 1,320 yen (all tax included)
The payment amount shown when your order is confirmed will be the product price + shipping fee. When you pay at the time of delivery, you will be asked to pay the total amount including the above fees.
After confirming your bank transfer payment, we will ship your order within 3 business days (excluding Wednesdays and Thursdays). If payment has not been received within 7 business days of your order being confirmed, we will contact you by email. If you do not respond to our contact or make payment, we will cancel your order 10 business days after your order has been placed.

Regarding shipping dates, for customers who choose "cash on delivery" or "credit card payment" as their payment method, we will ship your order within 3 business days after the order is confirmed. For customers who choose "bank transfer" as their payment method, we will ship your order within 3 business days after we confirm your payment. If you have not received your item within 10 days after placing your order or after receiving confirmation of your payment, please contact us.
Regarding the delivery company, please note that you cannot specify the delivery company.
Shipping costs will be a flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax included).
Regarding returns and exchanges: If you wish to return or exchange an item due to our negligence or deficiency, such as damage during delivery, product defects, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service desk within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Gift wrapping is available for a flat rate of 220 yen (tax included) for gifts to loved ones. If you would like gift wrapping, please choose from two ribbon colors, gray and red, and check "Gray Ribbon" or "Red Ribbon" above the "Add to Cart" button when adding the product to your cart. Please note that some products do not come with gift wrapping. You cannot choose the wrapping materials or method.

Atelier Shimura's products are dyed carefully one by one with vegetable dyes. Vegetable dyes are very delicate, and the color will settle and blend in over time. Therefore, the color intensity and impression may change slightly from when you purchased the product, but please enjoy this change as it is a characteristic of vegetable dyes.
Due to the characteristics of vegetable dyes, color may transfer to other items due to strong friction while wearing the garment or friction in a damp state due to sweat or rain.
If you are concerned about stains, be sure to inform the company that you are using vegetable dyes and consult a professional.

If the color transfers to other clothing, wash according to the care instructions of the clothing you wore.
When washing, wash separately from other clothing and avoid leaving the item under running tap water (for rinsing, etc.).

When purchasing a kimono, we also accept tailoring and optional processing according to your wishes. Please let us know when you consult about your purchase.
If you would like to have a kimono tailored, please choose between a lined or hitoe kimono.

Atelier Shimura accepts various inquiries before purchasing a kimono via email, phone, or in-store. You can also apply for consultations on how to coordinate your kimono and custom-made kimonos to suit your needs. If you are new to kimono, please feel free to contact us.

If you have your own size chart, please send it to us by email when we confirm the details.
If you do not know your kimono measurements, please let us know your height, height, and bust, waist, and hip measurements and we will calculate them for you.
It takes about one month to complete the tailoring process after the measurements are confirmed. Once all details have been confirmed, we will begin tailoring. Please contact us if you are in a hurry.
