YUKI FUJIWARA × atelier shimura collaboration sweets "Shiki no Ka" fourth edition

This is a collaboration with Japanese sweets designer YUKI FUJIWARA, who expresses the ever-changing scenery and beautiful words of the four seasons through Japanese sweets. We release "Shiki no Ka," amber sugar that expresses the seasonal colors of plants, four times a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter.
The fourth release is "Japanese madder," a color of motherly tolerance that is firmly rooted in the earth. Madder is the root of a vine that grows in the mountains and fields. We hope that the shining red color of the morning glow and the elegant taste of strawberries and roses will give you a sense of the gorgeous winter atmosphere.
