This confection was created in collaboration with Japanese confectionery designer YUKI FUJIWARA , who expresses the changing scenery and beautiful words of the four seasons through Japanese sweets . "Shiki no Ka" is an amber sugar that expresses the seasonal colors of plants. This time, a special edition was produced to commemorate the 9th anniversary.

Purple is the color that suggests the approaching night as light and darkness blend together in the creeping twilight. We hope that the hues that reflect the changing evening sky and the mellow flavor of wild grapes will evoke the deepening autumn scenery.

This time, as a special edition, we will include a small bookmark woven with purple root thread with each "Shiki no Ka." We hope you enjoy your reading time.
