* June 4th (Sat) 14:00-17:00 Mr. Shinji Yamamuro will be present at the gallery. You can also talk about his work, so please take this opportunity to come.
This special exhibition will feature works by printmaker Shinji Yamamuro. Yamamuro is an artist who combines a deep admiration for nature hidden within the soft texture unique to potato prints with a sharpness that approaches the essence. He is also close friends with Fukumi Shimura, and the books they have produced together to date are diverse, including "The Story of Princess Misa."
This time, we will be exhibiting and selling "U-san," a bound collection of Kawakami Nissha's senryu poems, along with the original illustrations, and framed copies of the original illustrations. We hope you will enjoy the world of senryu poems, brought to life in a rich and colorful way by Yamamuro's prints. Please come and have a look.
