We are holding a collaborative exhibition with Veriteco, who moved to Teshima in the Seto Inland Sea and are currently creating accessories using plant-dyed threads and fabrics. Although they both use plant dyes, each has their own world of color. This time, with the theme of "Color Encounter," which represents the encounter between the colors of the two companies, we will be showcasing hair accessories and obi fastenings made with Atelier Shimura's colored threads, as well as corsages with motifs of plants used as dyes. You will never tire of looking at the shapes and colors of the plants. We hope you will enjoy this space, filled with the love that both companies have for plants.
-Product lineup-
・Plant corsage 12,100 yen
These corsages are made using cloth and thread dyed with plants that are used as dyes at Atelier Shimura.
*Please note that there are no plans to exhibit or sell the product at the Seijo Exhibition in Tokyo.

Colored Thread Jewels
This time, accessories were made using Atelier Shimura's warp threads. These were Atelier Shimura's first accessories. And for Veriteco, who usually use cotton threads, this was their first production with silk threads. It all started with the short threads that always come up when Atelier Shimura prepares the warp threads. Veriteco took up the baton and created a new shape out of these short threads that they had been saving up because they couldn't throw them away. It is an item that you can incorporate into your daily life. Please feel the exciting sparkle.

About Veriteco
They moved to Teshima, Kagawa Prefecture, in the Seto Inland Sea, and live a life of sowing and cultivating vegetable and plant seeds. They dye cloth and threads with colors using plant dyes that are covered with the blessings of the island, and then turn them into plants. They create things that express the happiness that comes from the coexistence of people, animals, plants, food, and natural things. After graduating from a design college, Mariko Asada, who is in charge of designing and producing accessories, worked at an apparel company, a general store, and a craft supply store, and in 2007, started Veriteco in Nishi-Ogikubo, Tokyo. After that, she encountered fabric flowers and developed a strong passion for "dyeing." "I want to do plant dyeing with plants that I have grown myself someday..." This long-held dream took shape in 2015 when she decided to "live in nature." Currently, Mikio Asada, who has been a pattern maker for many years after graduating from Bunka Fashion College, is in charge of the brand's direction and all processes from clothing design to sewing, and the couple is engaged in plant dyeing and production activities.
