This design expresses stripes and checks at the boundaries of colors. The boundaries of colors are gathered together with the image of lines melting together. The uniform continuity of the overlapping colors gives the appearance of colors bleeding, and when worn around the neck as a stole, the boundaries of colors visible from various angles sparkle like a kaleidoscope.

This stole is made using only shades of indigo. By placing a white surface next to the deep indigo, shadows are created, creating a rhythm reminiscent of the ebb and flow of waves.
