- Delivery time of the product
- For customers who choose "Credit card payment" or "Cash on delivery" as their payment method, we will ship your order within 3 business days after the order is confirmed. For customers who choose "Bank transfer" as their payment method, we will ship your order within 3 business days after we confirm your payment. If you have not received your item within 10 days after placing your order or after receiving a notification of your payment confirmation, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us.
- Returns and Exchanges
- If you wish to return or exchange an item due to our negligence or deficiency, such as damage during delivery, product defects, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service desk within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
