This is a collaboration with Japanese sweets designer YUKI FUJIWARA, who expresses the changing scenery and beautiful words of the four seasons through Japanese sweets . The results will be announced four times a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter .
"Summer - Green" is "Green" is the color of life, ever-changing between darkness and light. We hope that the vibrant colors of the lush plants and the refreshing flavors of green tea and jasmine will evoke the image of a refreshing summer.
Sales will begin on Friday, July 4th at Atelier Shimura Tokyo Setagaya and online store, with limited quantities available.
