This is a collaboration with Japanese sweets designer YUKI FUJIWARA , who expresses the ever-changing scenery of the four seasons and beautiful words through Japanese sweets . It will be released four times a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter .
The third product is "tea," the color of the earth that evokes the feeling of late autumn. We hope that the color of the tea, which represents a wish for a bountiful harvest, and the smoky flavor of roasted bancha tea and cinnamon will evoke the deepening autumn scenery.
The product will be available in limited quantities from Monday, September 9th at Atelier Shimura’s Kyoto flagship store, its Seijo store in Tokyo, and its online store.
