Special talk event to celebrate the publication of "Bessatsu Taiyo Shimura Fukumi": "From the Mingei Movement to Shimura Fukumi and Atelier Shimura"

In 2024, Shimura Fukumi, the founder of Atelier Shimura, will turn 100 years old. On April 23rd, "Bessatsu Taiyo Shimura Fukumi" (Heibonsha) was published.
At this talk event, held to commemorate the publication, Atelier Shimura's director, Masashi Shimura, will talk about the Mingei movement, Shimura Fukumi, and Atelier Shimura's philosophy and handiwork.
