This is a collaboration with Japanese sweets designer YUKI FUJIWARA , who expresses the ever-changing scenery of the four seasons and beautiful words through Japanese sweets . It will be released four times a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter .
The fourth release is "Japanese madder," a color of motherly tolerance that is firmly rooted in the earth. Madder is the root of a vine that grows in the mountains and fields. We hope that the shining red color of the morning glow and the elegant taste of strawberries and roses will give you a sense of the gorgeous winter atmosphere.
The product will be available in limited quantities from Tuesday, January 14th at Atelier Shimura Kyoto Main Store and online store.
