We will be selling sweets made in collaboration with HIGASHIYA, a company that evolves traditional Japanese aesthetics and creates sweets to suit modern lifestyles. This is a limited edition product to commemorate the 20th anniversary of HIGASHIYA's founding. HIGASHIYA's "Bite-sized Confections" are made with a passion for ancient confections that originated from eating fruits and nuts. We have prepared "Blessings of the Plants" bite-sized confections dyed with safflower, indigo, and plum, which are popular plants for plant dyeing.
The three bite-sized fruits are named "Sagano Snow," "Indigo Moon," and "Red Flower," after the seasonal changes of nature that occur in each season. The packaging is designed with cloth made by Atelier Shimura.
